  ShutdownService is a utility to end Windows NT 4.0
   or 2000 at predefined times; this means you can shut down
   or reboot your computer system. Similar to a timer switch,
   you have 10 shutdown programs; for each of these you
   can select one or more days and a shutdown time. This
   program runs as a Windows-NT-service!

   This program is shareware.. This means that you have
   the possibility to install this program once and to test it
   for 21 days. After this period this program will expire.
   If you decide to register, the shareware limitations will
   be removed.
